SchoolReach Dismissed from Patent Suit

ST. LOUIS, MO., March 11, 2010 - GroupCast, LLC and GroupCast d/b/a SchoolReach Instant Parent Contact have been dismissed from the patent infringement lawsuit filed against it and ten other defendants in Texas by TechRadium, Inc. on August 4, 2009. GroupCast's position remains that its products, including SchoolReach, do not infringe on any patents in that lawsuit and have not infringed in the past.
