SchoolReach Staffs Softball Toss at Special Olympic Games

This weekend I had the pleasure of working the Missouri Special Olympics games held at Rockwood Summit High School on April 30th in West St. Louis County.  Team SchoolReach staffed the Softball Toss event, marking our second year as a Special Olympics volunteer organization and for manning the softball event. Participating from SchoolReach were representatives from our ownership group, sales and customer support, and several family members and their friends. It was a great day and a wonderful experience for our team.

The Special Olympics is very near and dear to us as a community involvement event. Many of our school notification clients are heavily involved with special needs students, and locally we are fortunate to have the Special School District of St. Louis as one of our long-term clients. Special needs schools use our service in a variety of ways to reach out to the parents and guardians of students to keep them posted on school activities and changes to school schedules.

This is such a great way to give back and to help support an event that gives special needs students and adults such great pleasure.
