For more than 11 years, school leaders in every U.S. state have trusted SchoolReach to get their most important and time-sensitive messages delivered to parents. From parent notification, school emergency alerts and weather advisories to lunch balance collections, attendance calls and transportation disruptions, SchoolReach is committed to leveraging its patented local switch load balancing technology to get messages delivered in a timely manner.
SchoolReach is a division of GroupCast, LLC which was founded in November 2002 in St. Louis, Missouri by Joseph Palacios and Paul Langhorst. The two first met in 1999 while working on a joint project for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After discovering a shared vision for building an organization to serve the rapid notification needs for schools and other organization types, they formed GroupCast, LLC. Shortly thereafter, Joe Moore (CIO), Kyle Palacios (VP of Client Services) and Paul Meiners (CFO) joined the organization.
SchoolReach has successfully delivered more than half a billion individual voice, e-mail, text, and social media messages! How did we do it? By using our patented, one-of-a-kind technology and building a superior message broadcasting infrastructure that can handle high message volumes in short periods of time. Other notification providers cut corners on technology and support, resulting in overloaded communication systems and hard-to-reach customer service. SchoolReach is different.
