Fast Delivery: 540,000 delivery attempts per hour dialing capactiy resulting in 200,000 delivered calls(live and machine answer) per hour.

Priority Status: All school broadcasts receive priority status and process before lower priority calls.

Live and Machine Detection: SchoolReach rings 38 seconds per call, allowing six to
seven rings before registering as a ‘no answer’. Only delivered calls count
toward call totals.

Auto Retry: After the initial pass through the list, the SchoolReach system will pause for
15 minutes then make another pass for any responses that were was busy, not answered or undelivered.
After the second pass, this process will repeat for a 3rd and final attempt.

Alternate Message: Allows a main message to include an option for recipients to "press 1" to hear a different outbound message. This feature can be
used to facilitate ethnic language options or to allow additional detail to be given that not all people may want/need to hear. For Example, "press 1 if you need directions to the graduation ceremony."

Message Intro and Disclaimer: Allows a short message to play at the beginning or end of your message. For example,
"This is an important message from South Elementary School..." or, "This message was sponsored by the South Elementary PTO."

Repeat Message: At conclusion of the message, recipients are given the option to press 1 to replay the message.

Pause, Cancel, and Restart: All broadcasts may be paused and resumed at the control of the user.

Message Confirmation: Respondents can press 1 to confirm receipt of your message.

Two Question Survey: Have a question, ask it in your message... respondents can press 1 or 2 to indicate their response to a question. For example, "we are polling parents to learn your preference on meeting
location, if you prefer the school gym press 1, if you prefer the school library, press 2." Response data can be viewed and exported from the SchoolReach web interface.

Enhanced Survey: Looking for more than a quick answer, Enhanced Survey allows you to ask up to 9 questions with either yes/no answers,
scaled response (ex. 5 = very satisfied, 1 = very dissatisfied), other data entry, or voice capture for open ended response. Enhanced survey requires 36-hour advance set up. Additional charges may apply.
