Overview: SchoolReach has robust reporting capabilities that allow users
to view quick summary reports for each broadcast and review individual details for
every record in a broadcast. Easy-to-use search and export tools
allow users to quickly find specific records, select groups of
records, and/or export those records into new lists or off the
system for further on-site analysis.
-
Summary Reports: Within the Member Area
of SchoolReach, users can immediately view the most recent broadcast results. For each broadcast
a display summarizes total attempts, live answers, machine answers, busy, no answer and failed
calls. This screen also shows the status of the broadcast (running, pending,
paused stopped or completed) and the commencement date/time.
-
Real-time Reporting: Once a broadcast has started, users can watch the progress
of the broadcast simply by refreshing the Member Area screen. Each refresh will
publish the current results that occurred within the last 10 seconds of
calling.
-
Call-Level Detail: By clicking on the broadcast date/time,
users can view call level detail. Including the answer/delivery status of each
individual record as well as the date and time of final answer/delivery status.
Touch-tone response by recipient is also reported within the call-level
reporting area.
-
Data Search and Sort Tools: SchoolReach provides users with the ability to
sort broadcast results by recipient name, date, or answer status. You can also search
for records that meet specific criteria (such as finding a specific name or
number match) or search for records that meet a general criteria (such as
selecting all machine answers). SchoolReach offers users the ability to “drill
down” into calling results to extract targeted information from each broadcast.
-
Data Export Tools: Called data can be exported to a distribution
list or off the system as a standard CSV file for further on-site analysis or
use. For example, if the broadcast was a meeting reminder and contained a
“press 1 to RSVP” prompt, all those who pressed 1 could be exported off the
system as a pre-registration list.
-
Custom Reports: Special reporting needs can be addressed through the
creation of a custom report. Once the template is created the data can be
simply populated via a “run” command. The user can select to run the report for
specific days or data ranges. Custom reports are most often used with the
collection and reporting of survey data.
-
Failed Call Reports: As the saying goes…Garbage In, Garbage Out…SchoolReach
helps schools maintain the accuracy of their data through the means of creating
a “failed call report.” Failed calls are those that went undelivered for
reasons other than busy or no answer; most often failed calls are bad or
disconnected numbers. By using the Failed Call Report, school administrators
can target just those few parents who appear to have outdated contact
information.
